Compensation

• Competitive 75/25 revenue split
• You retain 75% of collections
• Practice retains 25% for administrative and operational support

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Provide follow-up care and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with other providers when needed
• Provide cross-coverage for colleagues during vacations or days off (as needed)

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred or eligible)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth setting
• Multiple state licenses are highly preferred
