• Rate: $450/ hour (cash-pay)
• Initial Comprehensive Evaluation time needed.
• Up to 1.5 hours for clients under 65 years
• Up to 2 hours for geriatric clients (65 and older)
• Follow-Up Visits: Can be billed to your commercial insurance (when applicable)
• We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time
